Terms & Conditions for Enrolment

1. Enrolment and Fees

1.1. Enrollment is confirmed upon receipt of the completed registration form and full payment of the course fees.
1.2. Course fees must be paid in advance and are non-refundable unless stated otherwise.
1.3. Payment plans, if applicable, must be adhered to, or access to classes may be suspended.

2. Attendance

2.1. Regular attendance is expected to ensure continuity and progress.

2.2. Parents must inform the centre of absences in advance.

Students (or parents/guardians) must notify the tutor of any planned absence at least 24 hours in advance.

Notification can be made via email, phone, or any agreed-upon communication method.

2.3 Make-up classes may be offered subject to availability but are not guaranteed.

For absences notified at least 24 hours in advance, the centre will offer a make-up class at a mutually convenient time, subject to availability.

If both parties are unable to attend a make-up class, the tutor will review the lesson materials with the student for 15 minutes after the next scheduled class.

Make-up classes must be scheduled within one month of the missed class. After this period, the make-up class entitlement will expire.

If a make-up class is changed from a group session to a private session, the private rate will apply accordingly.

2.4. No refunds or fee reductions will be granted for missed classes.

If a student misses a class without prior notification or valid emergency reason, no make-up class will be offered, and the session will be considered forfeited.

3. Class Cancellations

3.1. The centre reserves the right to cancel classes due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., illness of a teacher, extreme weather). In such cases, a make-up class will be arranged.

3.2. There will be no classes on public holidays. Students will not be charged for classes that fall on public holidays.

4. Conduct and Behaviour

4.1. Students are expected to maintain respectful behaviour towards teachers and peers.

4.2. The centre reserves the right to suspend or terminate the enrollment of students who consistently display disruptive behaviour without refund.

5. Health and Safety

5.1. Parents are responsible for disclosing any medical conditions or learning needs of the child at the time of registration.

5.2. The centre will take all reasonable precautions to ensure the safety and well-being of students. However, parents agree to indemnify the centre against any claims for accidents or injuries that occur within the premises.

6. Withdrawal

6.1. One month’s written notice is required for withdrawal from the course. Failing this, one month’s fee will be charged.

6.2. No refunds will be given for mid-term withdrawals.

7. Intellectual Property

7.1. Course materials provided are for the exclusive use of enrolled students and must not be reproduced, distributed, or shared without the centre’s permission.

8. Personal Data

8.1. Parents consent to the collection and use of personal data for the purpose of course administration and communication.

8.2. The centre ensures that all personal data will be stored securely and not shared with third parties without consent.

9. Media Consent

9.1. By enrolling your child, you grant permission for photographs or videos taken during classes to be used for the centre’s promotional purposes. If you wish to opt-out, please notify the centre in writing.
